New year, new you!
We’re already a month into the year 2017, but it’s not too late to change your tresses’ look.
In this article, we will discuss some up and coming hair trends, as well as some style tips, that will get you on the path to looking your absolute best.
The first hair trend that we will see more of in the year 2017 is called “bronde.” Bronde is the combination of brown and blonde hair. You can simply add blonde highlights to already blonde hair, create an “ombre” effect (brown hair that fades gradually into blonde), or simply let your roots grow and touch up the blonde you already have added to your locks.
Another trend in color this year is to dye hair very dark brown. The chocolate hue is not quite black, and brings out lots of shine in your healthy tresses. If this look appeals to you, select a shade that compliments your skin tone.
In the year 2017, another trend that is garnering popularity is to keep long tresses one length, but cut bangs blunt and across the forehead. It’s important that the hair blends naturally, and hair that is wavy is especially suited to this look. If you do not have naturally wavy hair, consider using a product that helps to achieve this affect.
Another look that is worth considering this year is messy hair at medium length. Keeping your hair to about shoulder length, or a little longer if it pleases you to do so, this style does not require a lot of effort. It’s definitely a chic look that is perfect for the girl with not a lot of time in the morning to get ready.
The last trend on our list is the deep side part. While this part looks amazing on any style of hair, it’s particularly suited for shorter hair lengths. A little smoothing done to the hair is alright, but it’s best to keep fussing to a minimum. It’s better to let your hair do what it wants to do.
If you’re looking for a new image this year, try the trends mentioned above. Whether you decide to try a messy medium-length style with a “bronde” color, or simply cut some bangs in your wavy long hair, you’ll soon be right on the cutting edge of what’s hot in hair. Good luck!
